Reflexology is a theory and therapy that uses the feet as a map, or mirror, of the whole body. By manipulating and applying pressure to certain parts of the feet, the whole body can be ‘retuned’ and bought back to balance. Quite often the therapist can 'pick up' disturbances in the body 'just' by feeling into the feet with reflexology techniques.

Alison will begin your session with a relaxing foot soak during consultation, followed by a foot massage and full reflexology treatment whilst you lay down on the couch to relax.
